30-Day Return Warranty:
Within 30 days of item receipt, contact us if you experience issues such as receiving a damaged product, incorrect size, or the wrong item.
Return policy:
Your item qualifies for a return if:
- Image print lacks clarity.
- Image isn’t centrally placed on the shirt.
- Received a package different from your order.
- Delivery damage: tears, stains, etc.
- Received wrong size, color, or style relative to your order.
- Any other errors on our part.
For any of the above issues, please contact us with relevant images and your order number. Upon verification, Winsomedesign offers either a refund or an exchange.

Refund Policy
If your item is eligible for a refund, expect processing within 5 business days. Refunds revert to the original payment method used. As it’s a payment reversal, refunds can only return the way they came, ensuring a swift, secure process.
However, shipping fees aren’t refundable. Any refund provided will have the return shipping costs deducted.

Exchanges
Every product undergoes quality checks prior to dispatch. However, if you find any of the issues mentioned in the “Return policy” section upon package receipt, send us a photo alongside your order number. Once verified, we’ll dispatch a replacement.
Size Matters
Please consult our sizing charts. We can’t be held responsible for size discrepancies if made per your request. If we ship an incorrect size relative to your order, we’ll adhere to the stated return policy.
